The Covenant Eyes app features Screen Accountability reporting, porn blocking, forced SafeSearch, and customizable block/allow lists.

For allies assisting a friend in their quest to live porn-free:
Thank you for supporting your friend in this journey. If you have not yet accepted an ally invitation, request your friend to send one. This invitation allows you to create your ally username and password. To log in to Victory, use the same username and password created upon accepting the invitation.
